    Owens had been suspended already for poor conduct and sent home during training camp. This preseason draft debate explained the danger of drafting Owens early and foreshadowed Owens' suspension in the season's second half.
    The bet was that he wouldn't last 113 straight days in the regular season. He made it only for 59 days until being suspended Saturday.
    Unfortunately for owners, Owens was expensive and cost numerous owners a second-round pick, according to FOXSports.com's fantasy drafts. He was the second overall receiver taken after Randy Moss.
    Owens is one of fantasy's top five receivers with the ability to outrun defenders on deep and crossing routes and outmuscle them across the middle. After nine weeks while missing one game, he placed fourth in receiving yards (763), seventh in catches (47) and second in touchdowns (6). Although he averaged 109 receiving yards and nearly one touchdown per game
    this season, Owens' off-the-field difficulties outweighed his rewards on the field.
    Those owners who took Moss, Torry Holt, Marvin Harrison and Chad Johnson first instead of Owens still have a half a season remaining.
    In the meantime, Owens' owners will need to replace his production. The Eagles plan to use a trio of receivers to replace Owens. They already lost Todd Pinkston to a season-ending torn Achilles' tendon and released Freddie Mitchell prior to the season.
    Fantasy's best free-agent possibilities on the Eagles include rookie Reggie Brown, who replaced Owens in the lineup, and third-year vet Greg Lewis. Both will serve well as No. 3 receivers with a legit chance at five catches for 60 yards per game, along with the possibility of a touchdown.
    Brown flourished in the first game without Owens and led all Eagles receivers with five catches for 94 yards and one touchdown Sunday night. He flashed his speed with a 56-yard catch-and-run for the touchdown.

    Lewis caught five passes for 57 yards. He's shown he can play well without Owens in the lineup. Lewis was the Eagles' leading receiver by totaling 129 yards in the two playoff games that Owens missed last season. In all, he led the Eagles with 182 receiving yards and scored one touchdown in the three playoff games.
    Philly's No. 3 receiver and third-year vet Billy McMullen holds some fantasy value as well in deep leagues that can start No. 4 receivers. He caught three passes for 60 yards Sunday night.
    Expect Donovan McNabb's fantasy value to decrease significantly. Before Owens arrived in 2004, McNabb threw for only 3,216 yards and 16 touchdowns, averaging 201 passing yards and one touchdown. When he had Owens for 14 of the 15 games started last year, McNabb threw for career-highs of 3,875 yards and 31 touchdowns, averaging 258 yards and 2.1 touchdowns
    per game. He's already battling a sports hernia, among other ailments, that will require off-season surgery.

    Subject: 10/31/05 - STANDINGS ISSUE
    There is an issue where team records are showing up incorrectly on the league home standings. The discrepency is apparent when viewing team records under the league schedule. For example, it might show a 4-3-0 record on the league home despite the schedule displaying seven wins via total scores. We are currently investigating this issue, and are working to
    resolve this ASAP.
