There's a great battle shaping up right now as the New Moon (7:02AM PST) - energizing 10 degrees Sagittarius - arrives following yesterday's Sun-Mars 150-degree pattern and this morning's Mars-Pluto 135-degree pattern (3:11AM PST) from Taurus to Sagittarius. What is the good news? There is a definite sense that by focusing onsolid, clear goals in business, the arts, social activity and career matters, you will find success and fulfillment. However, the Mars-Pluto encounter - amplified by sensitive Venus in Capricorn opposing the asteroid Vesta in Cancer (4:21AM PST) - offer a red-alert not to overplay your hand in financial affairs and investment strategies. Remember that Mars - a planet of bold action - remains in reverse until December while Mercury - a planet connected to trade and communications - is still retrograde and won't go direct until this Saturday evening. The flip side of the Venus-Vesta polarity is an opportunity to become closer to sisters or sister-like figures you can trust. November 28 BICI NUOVA: Ho deciso all'80% FINALMENTE! Dopo un lungo peregrinare per forum e siti internet finalmente (e stufo anche di soffrire come un cane sui percorsi deve quelli con le full si divertono andando come pazzi) ho posato la prima pietra per il mio progetto finanziario del 2006: LA BICI NUOVA . Gira di qu� gira di la la scelta era gi� caduta da tempo sulla Specialized come marca: la diffusione sul territorio, la qualit� e il rapporto componenti/costo (fa ridere quando si dice cos� ma si deveno spendere anche 2500 �! ma questo mercato offre bike anche da 5000�...). Si trattava di decidere sul modello: FSR XC COMP con un 100/100mm di sospensione Stumpjumper FSR Comp con un 120/120mm Tutte e due valide, ma con un costo leggermente diverso. Che fare, un'attenta valutazione con il mio io e con il portafoglio e la Claudia... e ieri ho deciso (non ancora al 100% ma ci siamo vicino) per la seconda in lista. Non � bella (vedi foto) e poi sembra ok sia come telaio che come componenti. Costa molto di pi� della n�1 ma � anche vero che la bici mi dovr� durare per un p� di tempo e poi va bene cos�... le novit� pi� avanti. Intanto beccatevi la foto ed il link del sito specialized dove si trovano le caratteristiche della bike! Un ciao a tutti, contrariamente alle mie abitudini o deciso questa sera di fare il resoconto della giornata anzich� aspettare domani... il motivo? La bella giornata passata con i miei vecchi amici e con i nuovi di "Bikefree" e con il cellino (abitante di Celle Ligure ndr) Simone, meglio conosciuto come Biker Simone. Ma iniziamo con ordine. Il fine settimana inizia con la piccola nevicata di Venerd� mattina e con le infauste previsioni per il sabato nella Riviera Ligure, queste notizie avevano creato in me un forte nervosismo per la mia impossibilit� a partecipare al raduno con salita al Monte Beigua organizzata da Biker Simone, assiduo frequentatore del Forum di MTB MTB-Forum.it ... le avversit� meteorologiche di sabato mi avevano dirottato verso una giornata all'insegna del "pap� a tempo pieno" attivit� ludica creativa di grande soddisfazione. Scelta saggia visto i commenti post gita di B. Simone provato dai -10 trovati al rifugio del Beigua e di tutto il contorno nevoso della gita. Poco male la mia uscita di oggi invece era gi� coadiuvata da un meteo + che positivo (i climber di Rocca di Corno avranno passato la giornata centrale a torso nudo, ah la Liguria!) dove veniva predetto sole, niente vento e un itinerario spettacolare per due motivi: 1. Il percorso impegnativo e tecnico, uno dei mitici tour del finalese (paragonabile ad una via dello storico paretone di Pianarella). 2. dai nuovi compagni di avventura e organizzatori della giornata: i BIKEFREE di Voghera e dintorni. Si parte con Pietro e Paolo (!) alle ore 08.10 con un bel -4� indicato dal termometro della mia macchinina, si passa il centro di Novi e si deve subito andare a casa di Paolo per consegnare gli scarponi alla Debora. Ripartiamo. Casello, autostrada, parole, spargisale (panico nel passarlo...) Turchino e... dopo la galleria niente vento, qualche nuvoletta e subito una bella temperatura +6�: non male visto il tempo scozzese del giorno prima. Arriviamo a Finalborgo, si scende e la temperatura non � niente male per un paesino ligure. Ci cambiamo come delle furie per paura di far tardi e mandiamo Pietro a far colazione per paura di vederlo star male, naturalmente io ho gi� bucato la ruota dietro! Altro bitume in discesa seguito da una rampa bestiale per l'ultima parte del giro: il sentiero intorno alla Rocca degli Uccelli seguito da una folle discesa verso la Colla Magnone. Naturalmente ad un bivio si cicca e ci facciamo a testa bassa una bella salitona spingendo le bici (oramai tutti secchi e comunque papabile per pochi!!), quando ci si rende conto a tutti quelli che hanno avuto il coraggio di arrivare fino a qua! Qualche giorno di navigazione dopo, una sosta a Margarita per le formalit� necessarie ad uscire dallo Stato del Venezuela, qualche ora a Testigos per fare il bagno e salutare i pescatori che vivono l�, una tostissima navigazione in notturna contro mare e contro vento... ed eccoci alle Grenadines! E' una bellissima sensazione di "ritorno a casa", con tutti gli amici che vengono a salutarci, Shark Attack, MandyMan, Sydney, ed il mitico Mr Faboulus... Enrica Kibarai, Takegiri ed Esami! 29 Novembre 2005 Nella intima e confortevole atmosfera del nuovo dojo del Ki Aikido Livorno, si � concluso ieri lo stage di Ki Aikido condotto dal Maestro Mario Peloni (7� dan Ki No Kenkyukai). Numerosi sono stati gli istruttori e gli allievi, soprattutto toscani, che hanno preso parte con entusiasmo a questo incontro e che, come il sottoscritto, hanno avuto modo di assistere per la prima volta a due tradizionali momenti della cultura giapponese: il Kibarai e il Takegiri. Il Kibarai pu� essere ricondotto ad una sorta di �benedizione�, praticata in occasioni speciali, per �benedire� appunto, ripulire da tutte le influenze e spiriti negativi una nuova costruzione, una nuova attivit�, un nuovo dojo appunto, propiziando quindi la buona riuscita delle attivit� svolte in quel luogo. Solitamente viene praticato dalla persona pi� alta in grado tra i presenti, ed � stato ieri proprio il Maestro Mario Peloni a renderci partecipi di questo suggestivo rito. L�altro momento tradizionale, meno spirituale ma altrettanto interessante, � stato il Takegiri, letteralmente �taglio del bamb�, con cui tutti i presenti ieri si sono cimentati. Il Takegiri consiste nel taglio di una canna di bamb� appunto, le cui estremit� sono appese a due fogli di carta, sostenuti a loro volta dalle lame di due coltelli rivolti per la loro parte tagliente verso l�alto. Si pu� bene capire la difficolt� di tale esercizio, il cui scopo � tagliare la canna di bamb� con un bokken (spada di legno) cercando di non rompere la carta sulla quale la canna di bamb� � sospesa. Nella stessa giornata si sono svolti anche alcuni esami, sia di Ki che esami di Kyu, ai quali hanno preso parte per il Ki Aikido Prato con esito positivo, Guido Banchelli e Lorenzo Gambini, entrambi esaminandi per il 3� Kyu.
